Output
Use Output to save a workflow's complete result as a dataset in DataQloo Storage. The dataset becomes a reusable source for other workflows, and each run can save a new version.
Choose an output location
- Connect an Output node to the last transformation in the branch you want to save.
- Select Select Output Location.
- Choose DataQloo Storage and enter a dataset name, or choose Existing Datasets to update a workflow dataset.
- Confirm the location and save the workflow to keep its configuration.
- Select Run to process the branch and save all its result rows.
Use a name that explains the result, such as Completed orders by region. The first run creates the dataset; later runs save new versions of the same dataset.
Save workflow keeps the workflow's settings. Run produces the result and saves the dataset. Clicking a tool previews its data while you build.
Confirm the saved result
The Output panel shows the save status. When the dataset is ready, select Open dataset to inspect it in your library. Run Details also records the result and save status for each output.
When using Existing Datasets, choose a dataset produced by a workflow. If a name is already in use, select that dataset or give the new output a different name.
Reuse it in another workflow
Add Database Source to another workflow, choose Dataset, and select the saved result. This lets you keep a preparation workflow separate from the reports that consume its output.
For example, save a prepared orders dataset once, then use it as the source for a regional revenue report and a customer report.
Download or retry
After a complete run, use CSV or Excel in the Output panel to download all result rows.
If execution finishes but saving the dataset fails, the panel offers Retry saving dataset while the complete result is retained. Review the error and retry the save. The previously saved dataset version remains available if the new save fails.
