Adding a connection
Go to Connections → New Connection, and provide host, port, database name, username, and password. Test the connection before saving.
Credential storage
Credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-CBC) before being stored.
Using a connection
Once saved, a connection can be used as:
- The source for an Input node on the canvas
- The source when importing a table via the Import Wizard
Browsing structure
From the Connections page, browse a saved connection's tables and columns without leaving the page.
Other databases
Only PostgreSQL is supported as a live connection today. See Integrations for the status of other connectors.
