Workspace roles

| Workspace admin | Full access — connections, datasets, saved queries, storage, users, workspace settings |
| Member | Build and run workflows, use connections and datasets |
| Viewer | View only |
| System admin | Cross-workspace administration (separate from workspace roles) |
Inviting a teammate
From Admin → Invitations, send an email invite with an assigned role. The link expires; the recipient sets their own password on acceptance.
Authentication
Local email and password only. SSO and LDAP/AD group sync are not implemented — see Activity Log & User Groups for current status of related planned features.
