Solution

DataQloo for Platform & IT Admins

Workspace-scoped role-based access control, encrypted connection credentials, and an invitation-based onboarding flow for your team.

The problem

Rolling out a self-serve data tool raises the obvious question: who can see what, and who can change what. A tool without access control isn't something IT can responsibly hand to a whole team.

How DataQloo helps

DataQloo's Roles & Permissions system scopes access at the workspace level — workspace admin, member, and viewer roles govern connections, datasets, saved queries, storage, and settings. Connection credentials are encrypted at rest, and new teammates are added through an expiring email invitation rather than shared credentials.

What isn't ready for enterprise rollout yet

Two governance features most IT teams will want before a wide rollout aren't built yet: SSO / LDAP-AD integration and an Activity & Audit Log. Both are explicitly marked "Coming Soon" in DataQloo's own admin console — see Roles & Permissions and Security for current, honest status.
