Amazon Redshift is on DataQloo's longer-term roadmap as a warehouse connector, alongside Snowflake and BigQuery — but unlike those two, it doesn't yet exist as a stub in the product at all.
What works today instead
PostgreSQL is fully supported today. For Redshift data, export to CSV and use the Import Wizard.
